Laams offers a wide range of products, including Laams educational applications (Hoshmand and Laams Academy), e-commerce applications, business related software, open source software (OSS), and devices. The afore-mentioned service providers have their own tracking system. Although, they gaurantee confidentiality and privacy on contractual basis, Laams do not have any control over their data collection process and the kind of information they collect, for any concerns you may refer to their privacy policy on their websites.

Laams collects information about your customers when they interact with you directly or through Laams online Services and products. Your customers’ data are collected when they, for instance, voluntarily provide their personal information, such as their identification, demographic, payment, and contact information to you while purchasing directly through Laams POS System under Laams Business Suite Application. Some other information are collected by Laams when you enter some of the personal information as per your observation of the customer. Some of these information is collected from your customers when they transact with you through Laams Online Services and Products, such as their purchases, search queries, apointments and invoices. The particular customer data and personal information we collect will vary depending on how you use our products and services and which products and services you use.
The collected information about your customers are used to enhance Laams services and products, and provide effective and enhanced advertising and analytics tools for your business and Laams Advertising Service.

II. What Kinds of Personal Information Does Laams Collect?
Laams collects your information to comply to legal requirements, to ensure best experience for our users, clients, partners and customers, to check our products and services performance, to provide best services and products, to take into account user preferences and interests, and to resolves bugs in all our updates and upgrades, and the information collected from you with your consent, provided either voluntarily, collected automatically or from other sources, are as following:

LaamsWallet Transactions and Payments Data:
Data to process payments, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number) and the security code associated with your payment instrument. Transaction Information, such as information about when and where payment transactions occur, the names of the transacting parties, a description of the transactions, the payment or transfer amounts, billing and shipping information, and the devices and payment methods used to complete the transactions.
Commercial Information:
such as information about the products and services you sell (e.g., inventory, pricing and other data) and information about your payment transactions (e.g., when and where the transactions occur, a description of the transactions, the payment or transfer amounts, billing and shipping information, and payment methods used to complete the transactions).
Likes, Favorites and Interests Data:
Data about your interests and favorites, such as the sports teams you follow, the programming languages you prefer, the stocks you track, or cities you add to track things like weather or traffic. In addition to those you explicitly provide, your interests and favorites can also be inferred or derived from other data we collect.
Interaction with Laams Data:
Data about your use of Laams products. In some cases, such as search queries, this is data you provide in order to make use of the products. In other cases, such as error reports, this is data we generate.
Geographical Location:
In order to provide certain Services, we may request access to location information, including precise geolocation information collected from your device. If you do not consent to the collection of this information, certain Services will not function properly and you will not be able to use those Services. You can stop our collection of location information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, some of our mobile applications will no longer function. You also may stop our collection of location information via mobile application by following the standard uninstall process to remove all Laams mobile applications from your device.
Contacts:
Data about your contacts and relationships if you use a product to share information with others, manage contacts, communicate with others, or improve your productivity. Information about your relationships and interactions between you, other people, and organizations, such as types of engagement (e.g., likes, dislikes, events, etc.) related to people and organizations
Camera Access Data:
Laams may install in-vehicle audio and/or video recording applications or devices to promote the safety and security of Laams driver partners, delivery partners and passengers. Your Personal Data may be captured in these audio and/or video recordings. Where in-vehicle audio and/or video recordings are made, such recordings are collected, processed, used and stored in a manner that is compliant with applicable laws. Some Laams partners may install personal in-vehicle cameras in their vehicles for their own purposes (including safety and security). The use of such in-vehicle cameras is not endorsed or prohibited by Laams. The collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data obtained from personal in-vehicle cameras is the responsibility of the relevant partner. Laams might use third-pary analytics tools from service providers other than Laams to check Laams services, applications and software traffic metrics, analyze its online services and show advertisements to you through Laams web services, applications and other online services. Remember that Laams uses other companies as its service providers to help it analyze its services, applications, software, web applications, ads, and websites. The Analystics Tools service providers usually promises privacy, confidentiality, and protection of the data they gather, but Laams has no control over what these third-party service providers do with your data. We collect the kind personal formation from you that you consent to share with us, voluntarily provide for us, allow us to automatically collect using your device, your likes, interests and feedbacks, collect from publically available sources, collect from governmental and credit sources for background check, or from your interaction with Laams services and products.
Laams normally keeps your personal information for as long as you have an account with Laams through any of our software, applications, websites or services, or for as long as you are using any of Laams smart devices. However, you have the choice to opt out by following the instructions below:
Deleting Your Account:

If you have registered with Laams using any of our available software, applications and websites, and wish to delete your account, and prevent processing of your personal information by Laams, you can simply login to your account, go to settings and click on Delete Account. Your information will be deleted from Laams within the first week of your account deletion.

If are using any of our tangible products and devices, you can simply stop using our devices to prevent us from collecting you personal information.

Opting Out of Geolocation Access:
- To provide the best experience to you for using our certain services, such as Laams Delivery Service, we may need to access your exact geolocation information through your device. You have the choice to opt out, but the service requiring geolocation access might not work, and you might instead have to voluntarily type you residential address for us if you wish to, for instance, have you ordered products be devlived at you exact address. Thus, you have the choice to opt-out of your geolocation access by Laams, or simply uninstall any of the Laams applications, software, and progressive web apps if you do not wish to share your geolocation data with us.

Being aware of the importance of children privacy, we do not knowingly ask, collected or process data and personal information from any individual below the age of 13, or allow the person to register. If you are a person below the age of 13 please do not send your personal, demographic, contact or any other type of information about yourself to us. If we get to learn that we have collected information from children below the age of 13 without their parents concent, we will delete the information as soon as possible. X. How Does Laams Change and Update its Privacy Policy?
Laams may change its terms of service and privacy policy at any time and in its sole discretion. The modified Laams Services Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting, and you agree to the new Laams Services Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions by continuing to use any of our software, applications, devices, web services, websites, OSS, webistes, devices and our online and physical stores. You are responsible for staying informed of any changes. If you do not agree with the modified Laams Services Terms and Conditions, your only remedy is to discontinue using all our software, devices and websites.
